    Jojoba oil and Song Bird for wax, feel free to bring your own medium. If you have allergies or preferences, please let me know.

    You can undress to your comfort level. Rest assured, professional draping is always used to ensure privacy and comfort. Also it’s best to remove any jewelry, watches, or glasses before your session to avoid discomfort and allow your therapist to work effectively.
  • Can I listen to music during the massage?
    Yes, I usually play calming music during the session, but you’re welcome to bring your own playlist if you prefer.
  • What if I need to use the restroom during the session?
    Don’t worry—we will pause the session so you can step out.
  • What if I fall asleep?
    That’s completely fine! Falling asleep during a massage is common and a sign of deep relaxation.

    Feel free to chat or remain quiet—it’s your time to relax.

    Please let us know immediately. Your comfort is our priority, and we can adjust pressure or techniques as needed.

    Side effects associated with massage therapy are rare. However, they can include nausea, headaches, soreness in the muscles being massaged. Usually there isn't any expect feeling great or a little space out! A nice little touch I recommend after is to have a hot bath with epsom salts and playing some calming music to further enhance your well being.

    It’s best to wait a few hours before engaging in intense exercise to allow your body to absorb the benefits of the massage. For deep tissue work, a full day of rest is often recommended.
